New Leadership on KCEDC Board

The Kendall County Economic Development Corporation (KCEDC) has recently added new leadership to its Board of Directors. The KCEDC’s newly elected Chairman is Chad Upham, who is a partner at the Nunley Law Firm in Boerne. Mr. Upham has served on the board of directors since its inception in 2006 as Secretary and Vice Chairman. In addition to Mr. Upham; Texas Heritage Bank’s CEO, Steve Mack, will serve as Vice Chairman; Mike Coyle, President and Owner of Coyle Engineering · SDA will hold the position of Secretary; and Scott Wilson, owner of Jennings Anderson Ford will serve as Treasurer.

 

In addition to the newly elected officers, the KCEDC has added some new faces to its board of directors. The following individuals currently serve as directors for the KCEDC: Jeff Mnick, VP Sales and Marketing, GVTC; Phillip Bell, Phillip Bell and Associates, LLC; Cliff Luttrell, D.D.S., Boerne Dental Center; Ron Bowman, City Manager, City of Boerne; Allen Goodwin, Comfort resident; Steve Driskill, Owner, Kendall County Air; Ed McClure, Owner, Ye Kendall Inn and Limestone Grille; and Lance Lemoine, Branch Manager, RPM Mortgage and Boerne Chamber of Commerce Chairman.

 

The KCEDC’s board is currently made up of 1 representative from Kendall County, 2 representatives from the City of Boerne, 1 Boerne Chamber of Commerce representative, 1 Comfort Chamber of Commerce representative, and 7 individuals represent the private investors. Currently there are 72 private investors that support the KCEDC along with the County of Kendall and the City of Boerne.
