Residents of Kendall County can choose from a wide variety of housing options, ranging from multi-million dollar estates to the more affordable multi family units. Kendall County has beautiful gated communities with golf courses that take advantage of the natural rolling terrain of the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

It also provides spacious apartments that overlook the Guadalupe River. The most rapid residential construction is occurring outside the city limits of Boerne and Comfort. The number of homes has increased substantially over the past few years. Kendall County is a very family oriented community, with its low crime rate and highly ranked schools it provides a wonderful environment to raise a family.
